I sold a puppy via internet. No contracts. She sent me a non refundable deposit of $160.00 and then a week later paid the balance to have the pup shiped. I took the money and bought the health cert,crate,shots and made the airline appointment and paid people to take the puppy up there. We agree'd to have the pup shiped to this one certon airport but by the time we got the balance needed to ship the temps exceeded the shiping limit. So we found a airlines that had air conditioned cargo but we have to go out of state to ship there (hence hired people to ship him) and i gave her the conformation # and told her where and when and because its a hour more drive she is refusing to take the puppy now and sue me cause i wont refund the whole 730.00 i have EXPENSES paid out of my own pocket to have him shiped and i explained this to her. to ship at this other airport its costing more.
