Taxi to connect Suvarnabhumi new airport to Bangkok

Going to downtown Bangkok from Suvarnabhumi airport by normal taxi only costs around 200 THB but you must pay for the expressway (70 THB) and the airport tax (100 THB) if you use their service, but this is not an obligation.

To get a taxi people usually queue in front of the airport terminal, level 2, but it's faster and cheaper to ride a cab at the departure terminal, at the upper floor, level 4 of the airport. Doing so you can save the 100 baht airport tax and you don't have to queue as cars are not allowed to park at the departure terminal (just take a taxi that somebody is leaving).

You can use a Taxi to go to Pattaya for as low as 1000 THB if the driver doesn't use the meter.

Public taxis serving Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport must be less than five years old and drivers must be certified by Airports of Thailand (AOT).

Flat fare limousine services are also available, but the ride is around 800 baht to Bangkok. To get a limousine contact the "Limousine Service Counter" at the Arrival hall, Level 2.
Limousine price to Pattaya is 2000 THB, and 2500 baht in Japanese Mini Bus for 8 persons.
