THAI GOVERNMENT LAUNCHES TV SHOW TO TALK ABOUT SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT

The Thai government has launched a new weekly TV show to help the prime minister and his cabinet to try to explain their work.

The new program is called Perd Ban Phitsanulok (Open Phitsanulok Home) and is showed on public channel 11 every Saturday morning from 8.30 to 9.15 am.

Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont is to appear on the inaugural program then his ministers will explain all the projects.

He is to discuss issues concerning Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang airports, among other topics.

This program is an addition to the weekly television talk show called Direct Line from Government House, billed as a venue for ministers and their deputies to inform the public about their achievements and problems.
